Texture Saran Wrap || Kiko Sugar Mat 641 + Zoya Solange ♥

Hi dear readers! Today, I'd like to show you a mani I did using the saran wrap method. (macro at this end of this post, and in the butterfly as usual)

Yesterday, I got an awesome package full of polishes that my lovely friend Ashley @Ashley is Polishaddicted muled for me!!! I have amazing friends, I know ♥ Thank you so much Ash, I love you ♥ I didn't know which one to try first, they are all so gorgeous!!!! I had the idea to try a saran wrap mani (I've never done that before!) but with sand polishes. I absolutely didn't know if it will look good or not, lol!

I followed Nihrida's Saran Wrap tutorial using Kiko Strawberry Pink (#641), a pink with gold shimmer,  as the base color and my brand new Zoya Solange, that I got yesterday, to add more gold =)

I love how it turned out, although it doesn't really look like a saran wrap manicure, lol! I love the combo! Solange looks like gold specks and it's absolutely gorgeous ♥

Hope you liked this mani!

  1. Oh wow I LOVE it! This combination looks like real gold specks! Beautiful!

Gold specks, that's the word I was look for, lol! Thanks!

  2. The result is simply gorgeous, lady! I love it! Gold & pink... winner combo!

    1. Thank you sooo much for your comment!!! ♥

  3. Such a great idea, I love the effect! I need to try this myself asap :D I think I need Solange in my life :))

New Year's Nails! || China Glaze Pelican Gray

Few weeks ago, I told you about my love for the "Winter Icicle Nail Art Tutorial" of Sandy DandyNails. As I received all I needed to do it myself, I decided that will be my nail art for New Year's Eve :) So here's the result (the pictures really don't do justice to the beauty of the holographic glitter) :

Review: Born Pretty Store - Acrylic Powders & Monomer #01

Hi guys!!!!!! I'm so excited to finally be able to post this review =)
So, the last products from Born Pretty Store I chose to review are acrylic powder & acrylic liquid (monomer). My very first try was a free hand bow, because there is a video tutorial on the acrylic powder page on BPS showing how to create a bow with acrylic powder. But it wasn't a success :/ So I bought 3D molds...
Here are the pictures of my first attempts:

Essence Fame Fatal (Colour & Go 114)

Oh red nail polish... I don't really like you on my nails, lol! If you know me a little, you know that red isn't favorite nail polish color... It's just too "femme fatale" for me!
So when I was looking for a red nail polish to use for nail art, cause everyone need at least one red polish, I came across this red by Essence, with THE perfect name ^^
